Allow setting of SMTP MAIL FROM (return path) value

In order to deal with
1) Outgoing SMTP server checks
2) MTA bounce messages in an automated fashion

it is required that the envelope From address be able to be set appropriately so that it is from an address which the outgoing SMTP server will allow email to be from, and so that MTA bounces can be handled correctly.
