Watchlist update sent by email does not contain the full path to a changed attachment.

e.g. I received the following watchlist update email:
(Note: I removed all the styles for better readability)

The test.pdf link href="..." does not include the domain but only "/xwiki/bin/downloadrev/TestSpace/TestPage/test.pdf?rev=1.1".
