xwiki/1.0 to xwiki/2.0 converter should change anchor and query string order

    Description

      The problem is that xwiki/1.0 and xwiki/2.0 are not using the same order for anchor and query string (which is a mistake in xwiki/2.0 but impossible to change that now) so the converter needs to takes it into account.
