Support putting ## symbols or other Velocity symbols in the CTS input

Right now it's not possible to have for example an input of:

This is ##monospace##

as the ## symbols are interpreted as Velocity...

I'm proposing to use the following syntax (in line with our existing Regex syntax) when we need to use Velocity content in input or output content:
