DefaultMacroManager#getMacro produces and catches lots of exceptions

Macro manager test fist if there is a macro for a specific syntax and then fallback on multi-syntax macro but there is almost no macro for specific syntax which means it gets an exception every time and then fallback. It should first explicitely test if the macro exist.
