Split the Simple Macro test into 2

Right now we have a single simple macro test in the CTS for testing all types of macros: macros with content and macros without content.

However some syntaxes don't support macros with content (for example MediaWiki doesn't). Thus it would be better to have 2 tests instead of one so that these syntaxes can pass one test and the other one can be marked as unapplicable.
