Remove tex/1.0 syntax renderer

Two reasons:

• It's not good enough and has always stayed at POC-level of quality
• We now have a LaTeX Exporter/Syntax in contrib, see http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/LaTeX/
