AbstractBoxMacro should be easier to customize

Currently all the information provided to AbstractBoxMacro are contained in execute() method which force the user to redefine the whole behaviour of AbstractBoxMacro whenever they want to customize a small part. Most of the method can be splitted in other methods the user might customize for they needs.
