Allow other numbers than 1 in numbered list syntax

Every Wiki syntax should be human readable in the raw, unrendered form. A numbered list with only {{1.}}s is not very readable, expecially when you want to reference an item.

1. lorem
1. ipsum
1. dolor
1. sit
1. amet

Blah blah, see item 3. in the list above

It should be better if one could write:

1. lorem
2. ipsum
3. dolor
4. sit
5. amet

Blah blah, see item 3. in the list above
