The source syntax is lost in the annotated XHTML

The annotated XHTML rendering serialize metadata blocks bit not the metadata located in the beginDocument so this information is lost.

This is the only missing information to do a perfect XDOM -> annotated XHTML -> XDOM and it's a very important piece of information to do things like deduce the syntax of a macro content when the XDOM is executed.
