Treat images that are alone in a paragraph and have a label as captioned figure

    Description

      Currently, we support labels in the XWiki 2.0 and 2.1 figure syntax, but they are not used during parsing. As discussed in the forum, this syntax should be interpreted as a figure with a caption using the existing FigureBlock and FigureCaptionBlock as XDOM representation. As figures are block content, this will only be done if an image is alone in a paragraph, in which case the paragraph is converted to a FigureBlock in the parser.
