Automatically generate ids for images

Generate ids for images similar to headings such that they can be easily referenced by users in links (using the anchor) and using the reference macro (requires NCAPP-47). As we generate ids for headings in DefaultXWikiGeneratorListener we could do it there for images, too, that's why the component is the wikimodel bridge. See also the proposal in the forum.
