Image captions are not recognized after inserting a macro in CKEditor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using the WYSIWYG editor, insert an image with a caption.
2. Insert a macro (e.g., an info box below the image).
3. Double click on the image.

Expected result:

The caption box of the image is still checked.

Actual result:

The caption box is unchecked. The caption is no longer part of the image widget (but the caption is still displayed, editable and saved correctly). Switching to source, editing something and switching back fixes the issue.

I've reproduced this both on 14.2 and on 14.10.4, so I suspect that this issue exists in all versions that support captions (that would be since 14.1).
