Make macro execution exceptions translatable

In case of error during a macro execution, a MacroExecutionException is thrown.
Its message is displayed to the user in a red box.
But, this message is currently not translated meaning that the functional or technical error is always presented to the user in English.
It could be interesting to provide a mechanism to make such messages translatable, and displayed in the current language of the wiki.
