Leading and final new lines should not be discarded from inline macro content

The following XWiki syntax:

This is some code: {{code language="none"}}$ command
{{/code}}{{code language="none"}}answer on its own line
{{/code}} text after

renders all on one line:

Expected result: three lines:

(this was obtained by adding an extra new line character at the end of each code macro content)
