ToC entries missing last char of headings if non-alphanumeric

Hi XWiki Team,

I was unable to find a similar bug report, so here goes my first bug report (please bear with me).  

Actual Behaviour:

When headings have a non-alphanumerical last char, this char is missing from the corresponding ToC entries:

(N.B.: The bright highlights are from the screenshotting tool.)

The hrefs of the ToC links do contain these chars in an encoded manner.

Expected behaviour:

The last visible char of any heading should be included in its ToC entry, too.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance in resolving this issue.
