Missing CSS rules for formatting of various languages - Syntax highlighting not working

1. The macro function of the WYSIWYG editor outputs

{code:type=sql}
SELECT...
{code}

instead of

{code:sql}
SELECT...
{code}

2. The CSS rules for formatting of SQL are missing. What is required is to add the CSS rules for the class "sql- keyword" (and there are probably more classes). Other languages (java, css, etc.) are probably also affected (to be checked).
