Icon paths in colibri.css prevent icons from working if xwiki folder is a different name

The new skin icons have hard-coded paths, e.g., "/xwiki/resources/icons/silk/world.gif". My suggestion is that they get this information dynamically in case the name of the xwiki folder is different.
