Description
The cursor changes its state (pointing hand, arrow, text, move, etc) to differentiate context.
The cursor should always have a "pointer" state when the elements can be clicked.

Misses "pointer":
- all input buttons (Add, Cancel, Save, etc);
- icon / toolbox buttons (Delete Attachment)
Has unnecessarily "pointer":
- "Export", "More actions" action menu - you don't have to click to expand the menu and they don't have a default action
