Add submenu is 4px too high from other submenus

In the proposal http://incubator.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Improvements/ActionMenuProposal2 the Add menu had a bigger button than the rest. According to feedback this was removed from M1, all entries having the same size. CSS needs to be cleaned.
