Improve support for portlet integration by avoiding using the body tag in CSS selectors

    Description

      colibri.css has some rules with selectors that use the body tag. These rules may affect other portlets or the portal page itself. By replacing the body tag with the #body id we can limit the effect of these rules to the XWiki output in portlet mode.
