No text in "Create" button for IE6 & IE7

    Description

      Steps to follow to reproduce:

      • go to the main page
      • hover over the "Create" button in the "Create" panel

      Results:

      • in IE7 you can only read "create" on the button when you hover over it
      • in IE6 there is no text in the button
