Inconsistencies in the menus

Steps to follow to recreate:

• hover over the "Watch" menu and over its sub-menus (or any other menus/sub-menus on the left)
• hover over the "Administration" menu and its sub-menus

Results:

in IE7 & FF 3.5.2:

• the "Watch" menu is underlined while you hover over its sub-menus
• the "Administration" menu is not underlined while you hover over sub-menus

in IE6:

• neither the "Watch" nor the "Administration" menus are underlined while you hover over sub-menus
