      As per this discussion here http://www.nabble.com/Buttons-added-in-Wiki-Editor-toolbar-tp12233625p12233625.html, , i am attaching the modified version of the Wiki editor toolbar.
      To take care of copyright issues, an open source icon set like silk http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/ could also be used instead of the images in the attachment.
