Missing button to select the videos

Steps to reproduce:

• install the latest version of the application 1.5.1 on XWiki 14.10.18
• go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWikiTube/ and create an entry
• save the page
• try to upload a file according to the documentation

Result:

• After you select the video nothing happens, the upload does not start

Expected result:
