Add skip forward / skip backward buttons

As of video.js version 8.2, the option to add skip forward and skip backwards was added (see https://videojs.com/guides/options/).

It would be great if this extension had the capabilities to expose these controls, or a way to provide options to the underlying video.js player directly.
