Deduplicate project list in project suggest (Add Done/Planned Activity)

In the project suggest of the weekly activity:

the suggest looks for both existing data and for projects coming from the project app.

The issue is that the projects already entered are listed twice, once as existing data ("Projects.SCT Espace client") and once as data coming from the project app ("SCT Espace client"). The suggest should deduplicate that data and transform the data already filed to the "pretty name" of the project. If the pretty name cannot be found then the data should be shown as is.

Normally the items starting with "Projects." should never show like that.
