    Description

We use to have different kind of Javascript events for LiveTable (see: https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/DevGuide/FrontendResources/JavaScriptAPI/#HLivetableevents28livetable.js29). We should trigger at least an event to inform that a LiveData is ready and completely loaded when it's the case.

My UC is that I'm migrating a LT where I used to attach some javascript listeners to custom actions available in the LT rows. Right now I'm not able to attach those listeners to the Live Data actions, because it's not loaded yet when my JS is executed and I have no simple event to trigger my javascript code.
