    Description

      1- Create a new Private workspace PWS . ===> it's logical that not all the group can view this PWS.
      2- Make the workspace PWS to Public Mode ===> it's logical that All groupe can view this PWS.
      3- now Try to make the PWS into private workspace ===> [ BUG ] All Group can view this PWS
