Adding file UI button is too small

Currently to add a file, the user needs to click on a small cross button. This is a bit cumbursome because

• it's not clear that the cross is actually used to add file
• the cross is small.

It would be nicer if, in addition, there was an "Add Files" link on top of the "Files" page.
