New workspace publication mode : "open" (AllGroup allowed to both read and write)

Implement an "open" publication mode for the workspaces, in addition to private (only members can view) and public (everybody can view, writers can write).
The open publication mode will allow everybody (any authenticated user) to both read and write in a workspace published under that mode.
