Implement a workspace microblogging/updates stream application

Implement a workspace "status updates" application, allowing workspaces members to :

• Write status updates if they have edit right
• Read all the workspace updates if the have view right, and filter updates by member
• Decide when writing an update if they want their story to be displayed on the space dashboard and user personnal dashboard too
