Add password toggle view while signing up on XWiki on app

Objective

When user sign up for a new account while adding account on android authenticator android app. There is a field to enter new password and confirm password. As per the new Android Design Guidelines, there should be a password toggle behaviour feature. So that user can see in text, what was typed. Which can be integrated easily using Design support library.

Requirements

• Clone the source code and run app in Android Studio
• Browse the signup screen and fix the issue
• Open Pull request on GitHub

Expected Outcome

As shown in the below mockup, there will be a toggle icon to view the text.
