The application can be very costly in term of DATA

When I look at how much data the applications use this one is pretty high. Sounds like it keep downloading user profile photo even when it does not change.

Also some user upload huge profile images which are really not needed to that so big on application side so the application should make sure to tell XWiki which maximum width or heigh it needs.

Also we might want to provide an option to disable profile photo support fully for people not having much DATA allowed.
