Make the batch import a standard application, allowing to create and store configurations

Currently, the batch import application is made to be used by manually invoking the import sheet on an app within minutes application.

However, the batch import tool can do much more than this: it can import any type, whether there is an AWM with it or not, etc.

Ideally, the application should present an UI to create and store import configurations, allowing users to create new configurations and use existing configurations with different input files.
