Make batch import configurations editable by regular users

Right now, as of BATCHIMP-11, it's possible to create and use batch import configurations in individual pages, outside of an AWM application.
However, this is still reserved to "expert" users because one needs to use the object editor to initialize such configurations (setup the class to import and the space to import in).
This task should be do-able by regular users, so that the batch import configuration is accessible to all regular users.
