Can't add text in Content and Summary with IE11, also can't see the content from them in edit mode if it was added with other browsers

Preconditions: Have the Blog Application 9.10.4 installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access the Blog app with IE11
2. Create a new post
3. In Edit mode add text in the Content and Summary fields 
4. Save & View the page
5. Edit the Blog app
6. Add something in the Description section 
7. Save & View the page
8. Edit the new post or create another one with other browsers (Chrome, Edge, FF)
9. Add content in Content and Summary 
10. Access the post with IE
11. Edit the post 

Expected results: The user is allowed to add text in the Content and Summary text boxes.

Actual results:

• Step 3: Text can't be added in Content and Summary with IE11. The cursor doesn't appear at all in the text box.
• Step 6: Text can't be added in Description with IE11
• Step 11: Text added with other browsers is not visible with IE11 in Edit mode

This reproduces on XWiki 11.10.4 and 12.2.1
