    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As Admin access the main Blog
      2. Create and publish a new blog post that contains the & character on its title
      3. Observe how the title is shown in the blog page when the Cards layout is used

      Expected results: All titles are shown as added by the user.

      Actual results: Titles which contain the & character appears wrapped by 

      {{html clean="false" wiki=""false}} {{/html}}
