Blog posts with "&" character in title not displayed correctly in blogpostlist macro when layout is set to "full"

    Description

      The "&" character in the title of a blog post is not displayed correctly when using the blogpostlist macro with the layout set to "full".  Instead of displaying the "&" character, this combination of characters is displayed:  

       &

      To reproduce: 

      1. Create a blog post with a title containing "&" in title, for example "Something & Something".
      2. In another page, insert this: 
         {{blogpostlist layout="full" limit="20" paginated=„no"}}

        and save.

      3. See the output 
        Something & Something
