Blog posts with "&" character in title not displayed correctly in blogpostlist macro when layout is set to "link"

The "&" character in the title of a blog post is not displayed correctly when using the blogpostlist macro with the layout set to "link".  Instead of displaying the "&" character, this is displayed:

 {{html clean="false" wiki="false"}} & {{/html}} 

To reproduce: 

1. Create a blog post with a title containing "&" in title, for example "Something & Something".
2. In another page, insert this:

    {{blogpostlist layout="link" limit="20" paginated=„no"}} 

   and save.

3. See the output

    {{html clean="false" wiki="false"}}Something &#38 Something{{/html}}
