Translating the blogs in different languages makes the Blogs panel show the same blog more times, as the number of languages selected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Go to Administer Wiki > Content > Localization
3. Select Multilingual > Yes
4. Select 2-3 Supported Languages e.g. English, French, German
5. Click Save
6. Go to a blog
7. Edit it in WYSIWYG or Wiki
8. Select "Translate this page in: en"
9. Type a title and some content then click Save & View
10. Edit the blog again and do the same steps for fr, de
11. Observe the Blogs panel from the right side of the page

Expected results: the blog should show only 1 time, or, as asked in other ticket it shouldn't show at all till 2 blogs with same Category are created.

Actual results: the blog appears 3 times because o the 3 translations.
