    Description

      Hello,

      On CKEditor 1.20 version french accented capital letters display HTML code character instead.
      To test insert copy/paste (or caps lock 2 on french keyboard) this text in WYSIWYG editor:

      I downgraded CKEditot to 1.14 to test and this bug is not there.
