The CKEditor can fail to load after upgrading XWiki

    Description

      Because the cached JavaScript code of CKEditor Integration keeps loading resources using the previous XWiki version. The root cause is XWIKI-17531 but since it doesn't have an easy fix I think we need to fix CKEditor Integration while waiting for a generic fix.
