Add configuration parameters to import archived documents and archived spaces

Currently, the confluence migrator unconditionally imports archived spaces and ignore archived documents. Both things should be configurable and the behavior shall be consistent. This is a breaking change.

As discussed with tcaras we making this breaking change and disabling migration of both archived documents and spaces by default.
