Revisions are sometimes imported in the wrong order

confluence-xml imports the revisions in the order given by the "historicalVersions" property. This order is sometimes wrong. Sorting this list such as the elements (IDs) are ordered seems sufficient. We don't expected more recent revisions to have lower ids.
