Allow disabling spaces after package indexing

In order for users to be able to interactively select spaces from a UI after package indexing, the UI needs a way to tell the confluence xml package which pages to disable. This can be done in the ConfluenceFilteringEvent that is emitted right after package indexing and right before producing filtering events.
