Convert MultiExcerpt and MultiExcerpt Include families of macros

Multiexcerpt is a (paid) third party extension package for Confluence that is very commonly used. They allow naming excerpts, amount other things.

We add support for this by converting these macros to excerpt and excerpt-include. Those macros, implemented in Pro Macros, are going to be improved as well.
