Major Description
It is currently possible to specify a target space with the rootSpace parameter. However, it can be useful to support migrating to another wiki. This is done by issuing wiki elements.
We could let the use specify a wiki in rootSpace, but the type of rootSpace is SpaceReference, which does not allow specifying a wiki without a space. We need to deprecate rootSpace and introduce a root parameter that can take a wiki.
