    Description

      There are such thinks as

      <ac:link ac:tooltip="an empty link"><ac:plain-text-link-body><![CDATA[this page]] ></ac:plain-text-link-body></ac:link>

      They currently produce NPEs. We need to convert them to links to the current document.
