Support the space parameter in viewfile-like macros

Viewfile macros can now have a space parameter separate from the page parameter (spotted at least in Confluence Cloud). This leads to wrong conversion of the page parameter, which is converted as if the specified page was always in the current space. We need to add a workaround for this macro which is otherwise not supported by this module.
